Business Customer

In connection with the implementation of our new booking system, we ask that you create a profile on "My Page". From here, you can link your business account, view your travel history, and manage your payments.

To travel as a business customer, please complete the following three steps:

You are now ready to travel with Hundested-Rørvig Færgefart!

  • Barcode: Your code can always be found under "Payment Codes" and can be printed for drivers.
  • Overview: Under the "My Reservations" menu, you can always view your full travel history and current bookings.

Step 1: Create "My Page"

"My Page" is your profile where we consolidate your travel activity and customer data.

You will need:

  • Company email address (used for order confirmations).
  • Company name, phone number, and postal code/city.
  • Password (minimum 8 characters, including numbers, lowercase, and uppercase letters).

Procedure:

  1. Go to the ferry booking system and select "Log on to My Page".
  2. Select the "Sign up" tab and enter your email and password.
  3. Click "Confirm my email" in the email you receive (please check your spam folder).
  4. Log in to the system after verification.
  5. Enter your customer details and finish by clicking "Create user".

Step 2: Create Automatic Payment Code

To book under business terms, you must have a payment code. The code is free to create.

Procedure:

  1. Go to the "Automatic Payment" setup page.
  2. Add "Automatic payment solution for companies" to your cart and click next.
  3. Fill in your email, name, and phone number.
  4. Accept the terms and conditions and click "Approve".
  5. Verify your data and finish by clicking "Create Order".
  6. The code will now be visible on your "My Page".

Step 3: Link Payment Card

To activate your payment code, a valid payment card must be linked to it.

Procedure:

  • Log in to "My Page" and select the "Payment Codes" menu.
  • Click "Register the code for Automatic Payment" under your new code.
  • Accept the terms and conditions and click "Register".
  • Enter your card details and approve using 2-factor authentication (e.g., MitID).
